These General Terms of Sale govern purchases made on the site by consumers and businesses. By placing an order you declare that you have read and accepted them. For consumers, the rights provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) remain in any case unaffected.
Punto Zero products are experimental psychotronic and dowsing tools. They are not medical devices, they have no diagnostic or therapeutic purpose and do not in any way replace treatment, medicines or medical advice. The experiences and testimonials published are personal accounts of individual users and are no guarantee of results.
All prices are in euros and are VAT included. Shipping within Italy is free; any different costs for other countries are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. We reserve the right not to accept incomplete or irregular orders; in that case we'll let you know and refund any amount paid.
You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal and Klarna (also in 3 interest-free instalments), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, for shipments in Italy, cash on delivery (payment to the courier on delivery). Payment details are handled directly by the service providers and are not stored by us.
Orders are normally prepared and delivered in 3–4 business days. As soon as the order ships you'll receive an email with the link to track it. For details see the page Shipping and payments.
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. With our Zero Risk Guarantee we refund 100% of what you paid and arrange the courier collection ourselves, at our expense. All the details are on the page Right of withdrawal and returns.
All physical products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months from delivery provided by art. 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code. For defects or faults write to us at info@ilpuntozero.it describing the problem (with photos if possible): we'll offer you repair, replacement or, where provided by law, a price reduction or refund.
Digital products (e.g. video courses) are made available immediately after purchase. By buying them you expressly request that supply begins immediately and acknowledge that, once access or download has started, you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code).
The Punto Zero App (app.ilpuntozero.it) is a separate free service with tutorials, matrices, group experiments, a community and courses. Its use is governed by the terms published within the app.

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. Alternative dispute resolution procedures provided by law remain available.
